We take payment through PayPal.

Tax

California residents pay 8.25% tax on purchase amount, not including shipping charge. 

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to U.S. addresses.  Overweight (more than 70 pounds) or oversized (more than 108 inches in combined length and girth) packages are shipped via either UPS or FedEx.  Shipping charge is shown in shopping cart on checkout and is based on total amount of purchase.

International shipping charge is the actual shipping cost plus all applicable taxes. If your purchase is to be shipped outside the U.S., please email us at sales@atmocraft.com before placing your order.  We reserve the right to determine whether or not to ship to certain locales outside the U.S.

Returns

To return merchandise, email your request with the invoice number to sales@atmocraft.com within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.  We will email back to you a an RMA number with return instructions.  Returns without a RA number will be rejected.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Returned merchandise must be in original unopened packaging, in a resalable condition.

Damaged and missing items

You are responsible for reporting shipping damage and missing items within 3 days of receipt.  Atmocraft is not responsible for those after this period.
